The Role: Tours Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Tours Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating and managing our multi-day cycling trips, ensuring that everything runs smoothly—from hotel bookings to luggage transfers and customer support.

What You’ll Do

✔️ Manage the logistics of our multi-day cycling tours and our daily city tours, including hotel reservations, transfers, and daily schedules.
✔️ Communicate with suppliers (hotels, transport services, restaurants) to ensure smooth operations.
✔️ Handle last-minute changes & solve problems efficiently to provide top-notch customer experiences.
✔️ Support clients before and during their trip, ensuring they have all necessary details.
✔️ Assist with marketing & customer engagement, including responding to inquiries and providing trip recommendations.
✔️ Work closely with our tour leaders and team members to optimize operations.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong organizational & multitasking skills – you’ll be juggling multiple tasks at once!
✅ Fluency in English & Greek (additional languages are a plus).
✅ Experience in tourism, hospitality, or event coordination is preferred.
✅ A problem-solver with a positive, customer-focused mindset.
✅ A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Familiarity with marketing concepts & sales.
✅ Passion for travel, cycling, or outdoor adventures is highly valued!
