Pastry Sous Chef
The Santo Collection Resorts & Villas is a sustainable-minded, luxury all-suite resorts and private villas with a passionate Greek soul representing the true and authentic Santorini and a hospitable family of three properties:
- Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas (formerly known as Santo Maris) awarded by Conde Nast Traveler, World Travel Awards, and Greek Creative Cuisine 2019, 2021, and 2022 for its Alios Ilios Restaurant by Athinorama Magazine
- and two brand-new properties for 2023, Santo Mine Oia Suites, introducing an outdoor living concept inspired by nature
- and The Villas by Santo Collection.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Creative, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
- Strong team player & result oriented
Desirable qualifications:
- Have knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation (HACCP)
- Excellent knowledge on the new trends in the specific job area
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Staff on the job training
