We’re seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our team and ensure our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the cleanliness and readiness of our short-term rental properties, manages and assigns tasks to housekeeping staff, ensures cleanliness standards are met, trains new employees, coordinates with other departments for guest services, monitors and orders cleaning supplies and handles guest requests or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team
• Assign and inspect cleaning tasks to ensure they are completed to high standards
• Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing guidance and support
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas
• Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping
• Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams to address facility maintenance needs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in housekeeping operations
• Schedule and organize staff shifts to meet operational needs
• Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning inspection, or quality control (experience in hospitality or short-term rentals is a plus).
• Keen attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Comfortable with using inspection software/apps (training will be provided).
