We are seeking for Front Desk Agent

The ideal candidate should be:
- Friendly and have a polite personality
- Able to multi-task and use initiative, focusing on guest needs
- With good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues from various departments
- A strong team player who can follow written and oral instructions and apply policies and procedures
- Detail oriented
Requirements:
- Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
- Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing. Knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated
- Previous hotel experience, preferred in similar position
- Fully computer literate (“Opera” experience will be appreciated)
- Flexibility in working shifts
