The SandBlu Luxury Resort is hiring Gym Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized fitness assessments, consultations, and training sessions to resort guests.
• Design customized workout plans tailored to guests' fitness goals, preferences, and abilities.
• Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques and equipment usage to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor and motivate guests during workouts, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the gym area, including sanitizing equipment and replenishing supplies.

Qualifications

• Certification in personal training or fitness instruction from a recognized organization.
• Previous experience in personal training or fitness coaching, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with guests to inspire and motivate them.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
• CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
