Εποχιακός/ήAVRA Tours is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team at our Chania branch office. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting in operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and partners.
Schedule: Seasonal
Industry: Tourism
Organization: AVRA Tours S.A.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day to day office operations
- Assist at the airport with arrivals and departures
- Handle special projects in the destination as needed
- Assist the Destination Manager in his daily tasks
- Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant to the specific profile
Qualifications / Requirements
- Good knowledge of the destination (hotels, suppliers, excursions etc).
- Fluent communication in English language, both written and verbal.
- Additional knowledge of the German or the French languages will be highly appreciated.
- Very good computer skills
- Driving license is a must
