AVRA Tours is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team at our Chania branch office. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting in operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and partners.

Schedule: Seasonal

Industry: Tourism

Organization: AVRA Tours S.A.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day to day office operations
  • Assist at the airport with arrivals and departures
  • Handle special projects in the destination as needed
  • Assist the Destination Manager in his daily tasks
  • Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant to the specific profile

 Qualifications / Requirements

  • Good knowledge of the destination (hotels, suppliers, excursions etc).
  • Fluent communication in English language, both written and verbal.
  • Additional knowledge of the German or the French languages will be highly appreciated.
  • Very good computer skills
  • Driving license is a must
