Job Description:

 

Noema is looking for an energetic Pastry B' who will have the responsibility to assist the Pastry Chef in pastry preparations and production. The successful candidate will be working in a safe and fun environment ensuring quality production and overall performance that meet kitchen's expectations.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Checks pastry coolers and storage to monitor availability and completeness of supplies needed.
• Adhere to sanitation, cleanliness, health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently without directions
• Organizational skills with emphasis on production of recipes and consistency
• Assists Pastry Chef in creation and production of items for fine dining Restaurant.
• 100% scratch production for all pastry items

 

Requirements:

 

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
• Degree in Pastry
• Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.
• Good hygiene, physical condition and flexibility of movement
