Εποχιακός/ήResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders, and supplier evaluation.
- Identify and qualify new suppliers; maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Analyze market and delivery trends to develop procurement strategies.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand for services and products.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve best value.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, legal) to align procurement with project and company needs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare procurement reports for management.
- Manage and mentor a team of procurement specialists and buyers, where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum [3-5] years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
