Position Overview
The Pastry Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pastry section, ensuring the creation and presentation of desserts that meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and artistry.

Key Responsibilities
• Culinary Leadership: Design and execute a dessert menu that reflects the innovative and luxurious style of Matsuhisa.
• Operational Management: Supervise the daily operations of the pastry section, including inventory control, cost management, and procurement of premium ingredients.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, food safety, and operational efficiency in compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef and the broader culinary team to create a cohesive and memorable dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Extensive professional experience as a Pastry Chef in luxury restaurants or 5-star hospitality establishments.
• Demonstrated creativity and a strong eye for detail in both flavor development and presentation.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
• Fluency in English is essential
