Position Overview
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the overall restaurant operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, efficiency, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
• Operational Oversight: Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to Matsuhisa's premium hospitality standards.
• Team Leadership: Support, motivate, and coordinate front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and high-performing work culture.
• Guest Relations: Maintain an exceptional level of customer care and handle guest feedback with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications and Requirements
