Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino is looking for Stewards  (Λαντζιέριδες / Λαντζιέρισσες) to join our Culinary team, for season 2025.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Culinary Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Steward assists in keeping the kitchen clean, in sanitizing and in keeping the workflows of dirt and dishes and equipment clean. The Steward reports to the Stewarding Supervisor.

As Steward, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, equipment, dishes, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness standards by washing dishes, pots, pans, plates, silverware, glassware, and other items used in cooking or food preparation.
• Operate dishwashers and other equipment used for cleaning and sterilizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
• Clean and maintain the kitchen, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces.
• Follow safety procedures for using equipment, disposing of waste products, and other activities.
• Support the Culinary team.

As Steward, we expect from you: 

• EU passport or valid Residence Permit is mandatory in order to work in Greece.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position will be considered as a plus.
