Join Athenian Tours Operations & Delivery Team in Athens as a Tours Operations Agent. You are responsible for welcoming our customers at the meeting point, booking updates, and ensuring a smooth service delivery operation.
About The Job
Welcome our customers at the meeting point near the Acropolis.
Ensure last-minute operational changes are managed in detail.
Oversees and manages operational incidents and reviews that there is no impact on the operation delivery.
Maintain continuous communication with our company operations manager.
Solve daily operational incidents relating to Athenian Tours services, including ticketing and electronics equipment.
Whenever required, coordinate tour guide assignments based on operational needs.
About You
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, are required. Other European languages would be advantageous.
Great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the leisure and tourism industry—ideally a booking admin position—is desirable.
Able to work in a flexible manner (including Saturday & Sunday)
Can solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns new skills.
