🔧 About the Role

This is not a back-office job.
We're looking for someone to take full ownership of day-to-day operations – both on-site and online – across our managed properties.
You’ll coordinate suppliers, assist guests, check apartments, and make sure everything runs smoothly, professionally, and on time.

You won’t be doing this alone – you’ll have clear systems, strong support, and ongoing guidance from our central team.

🗓️ Main Responsibilities

• Manage booking calendars, pricing, and availability (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)

• Communicate with guests and coordinate check-ins & key handovers

• Schedule and follow up with cleaning crews and maintenance providers

• Conduct regular apartment checks (utilities, cleanliness, internet, etc.)

• Solve issues quickly and keep guest experience at a 5-star level

• Track and restock supplies (linens, toiletries, essentials)

• Help onboard new units into the portfolio (furnishings, logistics, setup)

🛵 Most properties are located in central Athens – walking distance.
If needed, transport costs are covered for areas further away.

✅ You Are...

• Based in Athens

• A native Greek speaker, fluent in English

• Experienced in hospitality, guest service, or short-term rental ops

• Highly organized, independent, and reliable

• Comfortable working from both your phone/laptop and in the field

• Available for occasional weekend support (rotating, not constant)

💶 Compensation & Benefits

• €1,200 gross monthly salary

• 3% commission on every booking you fully manage

• Up to €1,200 quarterly bonus based on property occupancy

• Transport reimbursement when needed
