For the season of 2025 we are looking to recruit: Restaurant Bartender

The role requires close co-operation with the Culinary and Service teams to ensure high service standards to our guests. 

Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge of service requirements
• Knowing all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic beverages ordered
• Knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
• Knowledge of and comply with all service procedures and standards
• Ensure the smooth preparation of the bar side-station and bar set-up as per Astra Suites standards
• Assist with any other duties that are required by the Food and Beverage management 
   

Skills, experience and qualifications

• At least 2 years experience at a similar level
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in luxury resort would be an advantage but not a requirement
