• Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to achieve excellence in cleanliness.
• Collaborating with other departments to enhance guest experiences and respond promptly to requests.
• Managing inventory and overseeing stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assisting in budget preparation and controlling operating expenses to maximize profitability.
