About the role
There is currently a job opening “Passenger Services Supervisor” in Athens Airport. As a Passenger Services Supervisor you will be responsible to monitor all passenger handling related activities, including Ticket Sales Desk, Business Lounge, Baggage Services and ensure successful implementation of regulatory and company’s safety, security and quality standards. What you will do:
- Οversee and coordinate processes for all the activities during a flight turnaround
- Liaise and interface efficiently with station and providers’ personnel to ensure smooth daily operation and customer satisfaction
- Brief personnel or providers’ personnel on the daily operational requirements
- Propose and suggest prospective solutions to issues that arise or may arise in the daily operations
- Identify issues in the area of responsibility that have cost implications and suggest efficient solutions
- Monitor personnel and equipment utilization and request adjustments if required
- Manage and distribute corporate material as per company’s request
- Monitor KPIs and report deficiencies through various reports
You fit, if you cover the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- A strong understanding of all regulatory and recommended procedures that relate to the airport environment
- Previous working experience in the airline industry will be considered an asset
