What You Will Do

The Regional Supply Planner builds the interface between the local demand teams, regional organization, and the supply sites with the key aim to ensure stock availability of the right products to the right locations at the right cost in the right time. S/He owns all PLAN targets tied to Service, Inventory and Cash for dedicated portfolio.  Ensures a precise, timely and accurate communication of all relevant information to the key partners in Kenvue organization.

The Regional Supply Planner is a key player in the S&OP cycle. S/He is the link between demand, supply, and production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review net requirements, weekly, manage production scheduling/ordering, and capacity for own product portfolio. Support management and stakeholders with decision making.
  • Run scenario planning for capacity allocation and identify potential supply constraints. Own the rough-cut capacity plan.
  • Responsible for executing inventory strategy, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and avoiding/reducing SLOB.
  • Ensure stock availability, achieve service targets (OTIF D, UFR), and collaborate with extended team.
  • Participate in demand/supply review meetings, provide supply visibility, and escalate issues, accordingly.
  • Collaborate with DELIVER team on distribution plan execution to the local markets.
  • Monitor and maintain PLAN master data integrity and correctness, including maintaining CMIR tables between regions, synchronizing master data across regions etc
  • Review lead times and minimum order quantities with partners.
  • Support yearly business plan activity for dedicated portfolio.
  • Support SC projects like new product introductions, product changeovers, and optimization initiatives.
  • For out-of-region supply, ensure end-to-end visibility and maintain import process information.
What We Are Looking For

Required qualifications
  • Master's/Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Planning in manufacturing
  • Experience in matrix organizations and virtual teams
  • Experienced with MS Office, ERP, planning systems;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • APICS certification preferred
  • Strong communicator to drive decision-making across levels; Positive team player who inspires others
  • Challenges status quo, adapts to change, manages risks; Prioritizes in complex, dynamic environments
  • Understands impact on enterprise/end-to-end supply chain; Strong analytical skills for effective decision-making
