Job Title: Administrative Assistant & Office Support
Location: Athens, Kallithea
Company: Internava Ltd – Maritime Trading Company

About our Company:
Internava Ltd is a leading provider of maritime trading solutions based in Greece, specializing in the global shipping industry. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Secretary to join our team and provide critical administrative support for our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
  • Coordinate business operations, schedules, and meetings.
  • Draft and prepare business correspondence, reports, and contracts.
  • Handle inquiries and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of shipping and trading documents.

Required Qualifications:

  • Maritime Diploma or equivalent Certification.
  • Advanced proficiency in English. (C2 or IELTS 7.0 or similar)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP software (e.g., Sugar, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms) is considered a strong asset.
