About our Company:
Internava Ltd is a leading provider of maritime trading solutions based in Greece, specializing in the global shipping industry. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Secretary to join our team and provide critical administrative support for our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
- Coordinate business operations, schedules, and meetings.
- Draft and prepare business correspondence, reports, and contracts.
- Handle inquiries and maintain organized filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation of shipping and trading documents.
Required Qualifications:
- Maritime Diploma or equivalent Certification.
- Advanced proficiency in English. (C2 or IELTS 7.0 or similar)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management tools.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP software (e.g., Sugar, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms) is considered a strong asset.
