Pool Bar Staff (Female Only) – Avithos Resort Hotel, Kefalonia

Avithos Resort Hotel in Kefalonia is looking for a friendly and motivated Pool Bar Staff member to join our team. If you enjoy working in a lively environment, providing great service, and preparing refreshing drinks, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Handle payments and operate the cash register/POS system.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred.
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails and bar equipment.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
